We will be starting our assistance to Kanyana Wildlife and this will be the beginning of the project.
The main objectives of the project will be to;
Commence work in the old kitchen which is now used as a storeroom.
Remove items that may interfere with access for the work.
Remove the ventilation hood and flue.
Check plasterboard ceiling thickness and rafter orientation to determine the materials required to replace the plasterboard celling.
Replace about 10 fluorescent light tubes.
Depending on the number of people available we may;
Remove two external and one internal doors and blank up openings with marine ply and gyprock. Seal and paint.
Cut and fit supplied Perspex to Echidna enclosure fence support structure adjacent to door.
Future dates will be discussed as to when we replace the ceiling which will depend on when the materials are available. We would love to see you there and to help with planning, please register your attendance by booking a place.
